The certifications will be sent to the mailing addresses indicated in the letter requests or application forms.
For certifications with mailing addresses within the Philippines, the delivery will be via Ninja Van Philippines.1 The delivery fee shall be shouldered by the applicant and it shall be paid directly to Ninja Van Philippines.
The delivery services and rates of Ninja Van Philippines for the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC), exclusive of 12% value-added tax (VAT), are as follows:

The parcels will be delivered (a) within 1-3 business days for areas within Metro Manila; (b) 7 business days for Greater Metro Area; and (c) 1-7 business days for provincial areas. The business days are from Mondays to Saturdays only.
The Ninja Van Philippines will send a short message service (SMS) or simple notification service (SNS) and email notifications to ensure the applicant is connected throughout the delivery process. Upon the successful delivery of an order, an electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) will be automatically sent to the applicant in real-time via email.
The applicant will be notified of the parcel’s arrival and the corresponding delivery fee before delivery personnel arrives. The exact payment for the delivery fee should be given to the rider first before accepting the parcel. The delivery will be completed after the rider takes a picture of the applicant retrieving the parcel in place of an e-signature.
For certifications with mailing addresses outside the Philippines, the delivery will be via DHL or FedEx. The prescribed delivery fee for parcels going to USA and Canada weighing not more than 0.5 KG is ₱2,100.00. However, the rate is not fixed and may vary from time to time. Further, the delivery fee must be paid via LBC Pera Padala Pesopak (door-to-door delivery of payment).
The parcels will be delivered within 3-5 working days. The working days are from Mondays to Fridays only.
