Spearheaded by the #SupremeCourtPH, through its Committee and Technical Working Group on Family Courts and Juvenile Concerns, and the Philippine Judicial Academy, the 6th National Family Courts Summit brought together Justices, international family law experts, and over 500 family court judges from across the country for two days of discussions and knowledge sharing. Guided by the theme “Bridging Justice: Enhancing Access and Efficiency in Family Courts Through Technology and Legal Innovation,” participant judges had the opportunity to explore a wide array of timely and relevant topics, including: strategic technological directions for Family Courts; the role of artificial intelligence in the Judiciary; digital evidence and online abuse; and global access to justice, among others.

WATCH: Highlights of the Federal Court of Australia (FCA) delegation’s study visit in the Philippines from September 22 to 26, 2025 hosted by the #SupremeCourtPH (SC). Singh, Chairperson of the Special Organizing Committee for the FCA Visit, welcomed the delegation led by FCA Chief Justice Debra Sue Mortimer.
